Project Architect

Our client are seeking a technically skilled Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist to join their growing team as a project runner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a small project team, delivering high-profile retail schemes across the UK — with a clear path to Associate level.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of projects from inception to completion, reporting to an Associate Director. This client-facing role will see you coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, managing technical delivery, and ensuring smooth project execution across all RIBA stages.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist
• Strong knowledge of UK project delivery and planning
• Knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM, Principal Designer duties, and planning
• Confident working across all RIBA stages, particularly in tender and planning packages
• Proficient in Revit and BIM, with a sharp eye for technical detail
• Experience leading design teams on fast-paced projects
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in client-facing roles
• Willingness to travel to sites across the UK
