Project Architect Job in Liverpool
Project Architect job in Liverpool leading the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, from heritage re-use to new-build as part of a multidisciplinary team taking projects from first sketch to handover.

With architecture, masterplanning, landscape, and urban design all under one roof, the team takes a joined-up approach to projects, helping things move efficiently and collaboratively. Their work spans both public and private sectors, offering variety and long-term opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Run architectural projects from concept to completion
- Lead design and technical stages (RIBA 0-7) for residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages
- Produce detailed construction packages, specifications and technical drawings
- Manage internal team workflows and mentor junior staff
- Carry out site visits, chair meetings and act as Contract Administrator.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience post qualification
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive mindset with a drive for continual improvement
- Experience across residential and commercial sectors
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign (SketchUp desirable)
- Ability to lead and support team collaboration
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
