Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Assistant located in Manchester. The Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting project management tasks, coordinating with various teams, ensuring timely completion of project milestones, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with resource allocation. The role includes preparing reports, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Management skills, including experience with project documentation and milestone tracking
• Administrative skills, including scheduling, report preparation, and resource allocation assistance
• Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and ensure project accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field is preferred
