RSK Response have an exciting opportunity for a
Project Coordinator to join our team based in
Uckfield, UK. This is a part-time role, 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday. Fixed term until March 2026.
Ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual looking to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handling new work instructions from clients via phone and email
- Raising purchase orders for subcontractors and waste disposal sites
- Preparing daily work tickets and relevant paperwork for field technicians
- Updating incident reports and uploading documentation to client portals
- Maintaining accurate records and electronic filing systems
- Providing general administrative and reception support to the wider team
- Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks to support during staff holidays or sickness
Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for someone keen to develop their administrative skills. The right candidate will need to have the following attributes:
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Proficient with all Microsoft packages, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- Willingness to learn as training will be provided.
- Must be able to drive due to location.
- Good telephone manner
- Previous experience with waste management would be preferred but not essential.
