Description

Methods is currently looking for a Project Controls Lead on a contract basis. This role will be working on our managed service at a government client.

Client: Central government department

Day rate: Outside IR35

Contract length: 3 months

Work with stakeholders to continue the development, production and maintenance of schedules for activities that take account of dependencies, logic relationships, resource requirements and constraints.
Monitors and analyses schedules to report on progress, identify slippage, and highlight risks and opportunities on the Programme Plan.
Establishes and maintains the risk, issues, and assumptions database and registers for the Programme.
Facilitates the identification, analysis, and monitoring of risks and issues.
Periodic reporting of risks and create ad-hoc risk and issues reports to meet changing customer demands.
Develops a regular programme of risk and issue reviews with key stakeholders.
Manages and monitors project compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
