Balfour Beatty is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Mobilisation Team in Asset & Technology Solutions business unit. This role is based in our Thurnscoe office.

What you'll be doing
As a Mobilisation Partner/Project Coordinator, you’ll be the central link between construction projects and the support services that ensure sites are ready to go from day one. You’ll coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation activities, working closely with project managers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver seamless project setups.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Delivering a desktop service to ensure all mobilisation and demobilisation arrangements are in place by contract commencement.
- Collaborating with project managers, suppliers, and site teams to manage and communicate all mobilisation aspects.
- Coordinating tender completions and ensuring smooth transitions into mobilisation phases.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety and RAMS documentation is in place prior to mobilisation delivery.
- Managing the mobilisation/demobilisation programme to meet deadlines and specifications.
- Placing accurate orders and ensuring timely completion to meet customer requirements.
- Proactively tracking order progress and liaising with internal/external suppliers.
- Maintaining document storage and file management with regular audits for accuracy.
Who we're looking for
- Ability to lead and deliver against tight SLA`s to specific KPI`s
- Comfortable presenting to senior executives both internal and amongst clients
- Ability plan and deliver complex, managed projected set ups
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office products (particularly Excel, Word, Project & PowerPoint)
