We’re currently recruiting a proactive and safety-focused
Project Coordinator to join our Investment Delivery team. In this role, you’ll support the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of a wide range of projects across the North Wales District, helping us meet our regulatory targets and deliver for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating the delivery of LV, 11kV & 33kV overhead and underground cable modernisation schemes, switchgear programmes, and reinforcement projects.
- Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external service partners.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget using robust and auditable systems.
- Supporting the development of less experienced team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Maintaining a customer-centric approach in all aspects of project delivery.
What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:
- A crafts qualification, apprenticeship, S/NVQ or equivalent.
- Overhead Lines experience and a background in network construction or operations.
- Proven experience in a network role with a strong understanding of project delivery.
- A full UK driving licence—travel across the region will be required.
You’ll Also Bring
- A positive safety attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and make sound engineering and financial decisions.
- Familiarity with SPEN construction specifications and network design principles.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). SAP training will be provided.
