- Project Delivery Head : We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Head to lead and oversee the execution of propulsion software and calibration programs. This role demands deep technical and program management expertise in propulsion systems, including collaboration with other Tier-1 suppliers. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of software and calibration content, ensuring alignment with OEM’s engineering processes, program milestones, and quality standards. Onsite presence at customer locations is highly preferred to facilitate direct engagement with stakeholders and engineering teams.
- OBD/OBM Delivery Lead : We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented System Control Engineer to lead the development and validation of OBM (On-Board Monitoring) and OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) functions within the vehicle control system architecture. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, robust fault detection, and seamless integration of diagnostic strategies across powertrain and chassis domains. You will work closely with software developers, calibration engineers, and regulatory teams to define system requirements, develop control logic, and validate diagnostic performance both in simulation and on-vehicle environments.
