Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of propulsion control systems for electric and hybrid vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in embedded software and control systems, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex technical programs.
Key Skills & Experience
- 9+ years in embedded software and control systems
- Strong understanding of EV/HEV propulsion architecture
- Experience with motor control, inverter systems, and energy management
- Familiarity with ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, and ASPICE
- Hands-on with MATLAB/Simulink, embedded C/C++, and automotive toolchains
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
