What You Will Do
- End-to-End Project Delivery (Non Tech) : Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to achieve the project's objectives
- Hands-on execution – Not only skilled in planning and coordination but also actively contributes to project delivery. You won’t just track progress, you’ll help make it
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring their needs and expectations are met while aligning project outcomes with business objectives
- Resource Allocation and Management: Ensure effective allocation of resources, to optimise project delivery and enhance productivity
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by developing contingency plans and ensuring proactive resolution of issues as they arise, bumping up where required
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project outcomes against organisational goals. Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders
- Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure all teams are informed and aligned on project status, changes, and expectations
- Continuous Improvement: Review project outcomes and processes to identify lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects

What You Will Need
- Experience in project management, with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery of complex projects
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery in a similar industry or organisational context
- Track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and effectively navigating organisational dynamics
- Experience in developing and implementing project plans, resource management, and budget oversight
- Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards
- Experience leveraging project management tools to monitor progress and report on key metrics to leadership
- Knowledge of industry best practices for project delivery and performance measurement.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
- Familiarity with organisational structures and functional areas relevant to project execution and outcomes
- Be comfortable switching between strategy and detail
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience in process improvement and optimisation
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to generate new approaches to improve delivery speed or quality
