About the Role

As a Projects Director, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring every installation meets our standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

You’ll manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers while also helping shape the strategic direction and commercial growth of the business. With a strong mechanical engineering background, you’ll bring proven experience delivering Steam, Ventilation, Heating, and Cooling systems for industrial and manufacturing clients.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers delivering complex mechanical and climate system projects across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from design through to installation, commissioning, and handover ensuring quality, safety, and profitability targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet technical, environmental, and operational requirements.

About you

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• Extensive experience delivering and leading projects within HVAC, steam, heating, and cooling systems, from concept through to commissioning.
• Deep understanding of industrial manufacturing environments, with a proven ability to meet the technical and operational demands of complex client sites.
• Proven track record managing multiple large-scale, multidisciplinary projects concurrently to time, budget, and quality targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and guide high-performing project managers.
• Committed to delivering engineering excellence and driving sustainable growth through innovation, quality, and client satisfaction.
