Purpose of Post:
To manage and facilitate industrialization of customer order contracts, from specification definition to vehicle delivery.
Key Tasks:
- Manage all aspects of the customer contract process, including:
- Adhere to S&OP timelines and Customer delivery dates.
- Meet sales and commercial requirements.
- Meet production schedule requirements.
- Co-ordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead regular contract management meetings
- Produce weekly progress reports, action and recovery plans.
- Report to and assist the Head of Sales and Operations Planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure S&OP KPI targets are achieved.
- Propose, participate and implement potential process improvements.
- Gather stakeholders to align action plans and ensure objectives are achieved.
- Produce detailed weekly S&OP metric reports for the Senior Leadership team.
- Ensure customer specifications are managed, understood, accepted and released.
- Co-ordinate solutions to both technical and commercial challenges.
- Ensure process change control procedures are adhered to and communicated.
- Drive, lead and influence positively existing team members ensuring that each have a clear view of their roles and responsibilities within the S&OP process up to vehicle delivery
- Propose, participate and implement potential process improvements.
- Create, monitor and report out S&OP metrics and KPIs to stakeholders and Senior leadership.
- Run ad Hoc session across different stakeholder to drive changes and recovery plans according company’s objectives.
Essential Criteria:
- Degree in an engineering discipline
- Experience in project planning.
- Hands on experience in designing/ developing or product industrialization.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in preparing timelines, managing, and reporting on projects utilising MS Project / Excel.
