As a key member of our PTS team, you'll:
- Lead technical input on the design, handling, and installation of bespoke precast concrete components.
- Collaborate across project and manufacturing teams to optimise designs for safety, performance, and manufacture.
- Influence major project outcomes from early feasibility through to delivery, ensuring DfMA principles are maximised.
- Guide and challenge the supply chain to deliver technically robust, product-led solutions.
- A background in structural or civil engineering with strong design, detailing, and DfMA experience (ideally precast).
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical manufacturing-led solutions.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
- Chartered or working toward chartership preferred.
