to attend project mobilizations and demobs as required as well as occasional conferences.
You must thoroughly understand work specifications, project requirements and client objectives, being able to clearly communicate these to the offshore teams. Additionally, you should have thorough knowledge of various inspection types, Wood Group NEXUS (both onshore and offshore), NDE equipment and understand how to match client requirements with the appropriate solution.
Reporting to the Regional Inspection Lead, the Project Inspection Coordinator will be a key source of technical support offshore, staying abreast of industry developments, equipment, methodology, through occasional attendance of conferences or industry events. You will propose innovative and new methodologies or ways of working that improve the overall inspection deliverable, including tendering, project planning, execution, handover to the client, and management of data.
In this role, you will be aware of and responsible for current offshore inspection projects, including personnel, equipment, technical standards, reporting, and data management.
