Brief Description
As a Project Interface Co-ordinator within the Liverpool Delivery Unit, you will take the lead as the central point of contact between Infrastructure Investment teams and third-party stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient delivery of both maintenance and project works. Your role will be key in aligning priorities, streamlining communication, and driving collaborative success across all infrastructure initiatives.
About The Role (External)
Every day will be different, but you can expect to be involved in the following activities:
In this exciting role, you'll be the voice of Infrastructure Maintenance throughout all stages of project development and delivery. You'll work closely with Maintenance Engineers to review technical specifications and project plans, ensuring they align with our maintenance strategies and performance goals.
You'll be instrumental in coordinating project and maintenance activities, helping to minimise disruption and avoid unnecessary or abortive work. Your oversight will ensure that all works meet the highest standards, and you'll manage seamless handover and hand-back processes between project and maintenance teams.
As the go-to expert for Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations, you'll provide guidance and ensure compliance across all project works, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
In order to be successful in this role, we would like you to have/to be:
- Detailed knowledge of CDM Regulations
- Detailed knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques
- Detailed knowledge of operational railway environment
- Knowledge of project delivery processes and techniques
- Good interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
We would also like but it isn't crucial to have/to be:
- Knowledge of functional disciplines

Salary and benefits:
- Salary: starting at £35,582 and raising to £42,218.
- Pro-rata annual leave entitlement (28 days contract dependant)
