Purpose of the Job
Analyze Print + POSM transactional data (specification, order patterns, etc.) to identify opportunities to drive production and / or processing efficiencies.
Work with the SMEs, Regional Account Directors and Strategic Sourcing to identify value added intervention and formalize core projects as well as taking ownership of identified projects and work as part of the wider team to bring these projects to a competition to ensure tangible benefits are delivered to the client.
Engage with the wider business to pull together historical data (specification, prices, etc.) to support the creation of baseline data as well as external stakeholders to build positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client order windows for Print, Point-of-Sale (POS) and Branded Merchandise
- Manage Zero Deforestation compliance reporting cycle for BI data publishing
- Deliver detailed updates related to analysis and project deliverables to the Global and Regional Account Director and the Client Engagement team
- Support the Client Engagement team by having input on the commercial impact of projects and initiatives
- Analyze and interpret transactional data to support value added strategies to sit behind client marketing activations
- Collate, analyze and present historical data to the Commercial Team to support the creation of baseline data
- Work with Client Engagement team to clarify project specifications in support of monthly savings report creation
- Successfully deliver multiple identified projects to agreed timelines
- Providing regular project updates to the Global Account Directors, Regional Account Directors and other members of the Client Engagement team and quickly escalate concerns over project timelines and deliverables
- Support the successful implementation of defined Print + POSM strategies (e.g. catalogues) across the Client Engagement teams
- Work with the Client Engagement team to generate management information necessary to track POS strategies and report them accurately to the client(s)
- Support ad hoc reporting needs where necessary and feed agreed scope and requirements into Regional Account Director
- Assist in collating data for client audits where applicable
- Collate suitable data sets from client and / or HH Global systems to support activities
- Clear and accurate analysis of transactional data to identify patterns and trends.
- Accurately collate historical data and present in a consistent formal to support baseline creation
- Utilise project management skills to ensure project timelines are met and output is valuable to HH Global and its clients
- Provide regular and accurate updates to Global Account Directors, Regional Account Directors and the wider business
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Proven experience managing marketing execution projects, especially with print, point-of-sale (POS) and branded merchandise
- Must be organized, self-disciplined and proactive, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data mining, manipulation and analysis
- Ability to present complex information clearly using data visualisation and MS PowerPoint
- Strong analytical background with transactional data is essential
- Excellent skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook are required for daily tasks and communication
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a small team and across a large organisation with diverse business activities
- Takes responsibility for personal actions and behaviour, understanding their impact on others to achieve results
- Willing to learn new skills and respond positively to new challenges
- Has a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving and sets high performance standards
- Fluency in English and the local language (if applicable)
