Project Management, Governance, and Reporting Lead

Your Responsibilities: As the Project Management, Governance, and Reporting Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Product Owner (PO) team to ensure quality, consistency, completeness, availability, prioritization, and tracking of features backlog
• Conducting sprint scoping and release scoping activities
• Aligning sprint capacity and organizing and coordinating demos for PO and other stakeholders
• Coordinating cross-development team activities and ensuring agreement with architects and PO
• Managing and maintaining all release activities, including consulting with FINSAP, BAU, and GPA for confirmations, reviews, and process optimizations
• Providing oversight for sprint delivery processes and suggesting improvements
• Tracking and reporting on risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) for platform lifecycle management
• Planning and coordinating releases, notifications, and retrospectives
• Updating reporting and sponsor packs, and providing weekly platform updates
• Ensuring an effective bug delivery cycle and detailed sanity planning for releases
• Facilitating run book preparation for release along with the deployment team
• Executing the run book on the day of deployment with the deployment and technical support team

Mandatory Skills: The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in leading project management and governance initiatives
• Expertise in developing and delivering comprehensive reports using industry-standard tools
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment

Desirable Skills: Additionally, familiarity with the following will be advantageous:

• Experience in implementing project management tools and technologies
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements
• Certification in project management or related disciplines
