The dedicated resource has to:

- Provide below skill set:

• Long professional relation and experience with PG projects.
• ASRS Technology
• N1b/PFM knowledge
• Logistic background
• ASRS technology
• Coupa and SAP
• ECapital application
• P&G – GBS systems background.
• Technical Scope of work creation and definition.

- Deliverables

• Organize progress/review meetings will be scheduled with the project representative(s) and
• the project team key members. These meetings will be organized via conference calls or onsite,
• depending on the case.
• Detailed time schedule, Progress reports, Minutes of meetings.
• Supervision over weekends
• Creation of Network tickets in Service Now
• IT/OT Diagrams version management
• WCS messaging test protocol implementation in Pinaya.
• WCS messaging test protocol execution.
• Network Firewalls rules update/ creation.
• ITAccess groups creations and support
• PLCM documentation: E&I drawings for ASRS and other automation systems

o Funding package Preparation (Draft)
