The role
As a Project Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving project success and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Day-to-day, you will help support to develop and deliver all workstreams in line with best practice. This will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage complex projects that require input from multiple functional teams, to ensure that requirements are set, and progress is being made.
- Create bespoke solution orientated schedules and project plans to ensure various ongoing and future projects are delivered on time.
- Own, manage and maintain the programme risk register and ensure active risk management is applied, and mitigation actions are being completed.
- Write and maintain the Project Execution Plan for BLUEPRINT by liaising with stakeholders in the various functional groups.
- Create a stakeholder map and communications plan.
This role is full time working 37 hours per week and is based on site at Andover. Travel to other European countries may be required.
Essential experience of the Project Manager:
- Experience in delivering all parts of the project lifecycle
- Experience managing risk within projects and programmes
- Excellent planning, co-ordination and organisation skills
Qualifications for the Project Manager:
- Qualified with APM PMQ or equivalent, or on the pathway to achieving

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Clearance (SC) security clearance for this role.
