Due to our continued success, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, while helping to shape and enhance our PMO function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of NPI projects across multi-disciplinary teams
- Assist in defining and applying project management tools, methods, and reporting standards
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure delivery within time, scope, and cost
- Maintain strong alignment between engineering, product, and other internal teams
- Support the development of PMO structures and practices to improve project governance
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Attend exhibitions, seminars, and workshops as required
Person Specification
- Experience as a Project Manager, preferably within an electronics or automotive environment
- Solid understanding of NPI and product life cycle processes
- Experience working with OEM or Tier 1 customers (desirable)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Relevant qualifications such as a BTEC, HNC, or a formal project management certification
