Essential Experience Of The Project Manager
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.

The role
As a Project Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will lead impactful projects and drive success, no matter the scale.
Day-to-day, you’ll
- Lead on Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) within the project.
- Manage the customer interface and oversee project risk identification, monitoring, and response.
- Establish and maintain project governance with clear roles and responsibilities aligned to the Business Management System.
- Drive world-class performance through employee engagement, continuous improvement, and technology adoption.
- Accountable for programme planning and financial performance (P&L), including monthly reporting and corrective actions.
Essential Experience Of The Project Manager
- Extensive recent and relevant experience in a similar environment / business sector.
- Extensive experience in a Project Management position.
- Awareness of various contracting methodologies (e.g. FIDIC/NEC3/JCT etc…)
- Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close out.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project, or Construction Management (or equivalent).
- APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ), working towards Chartered Project Professional (ChPP).
- IOSH Managing Safely or higher-level safety qualification preferred.
- NEC4 qualification; nuclear sector experience is a plus.
