Introduction

Our client, a leader in the packaging sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join their team on an exciting 12-month contract. Located in Derby, United Kingdom, this role offers the chance to manage high-profile projects with significant blue-chip end clients and private equity involvement. This is an outside IR35 position, commencing in July, with a competitive daily rate of £650-£700.

Key Skills Required

• Greenfield Project Management: Proven experience in managing site builds and delivering successful greenfield projects from feasibility through completion.
• Construction Background: Strong expertise in working within the construction industry, ensuring efficient project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Client Collaboration: Experience engaging with blue-chip end clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and aligning project goals.
• Private Equity Awareness: Familiarity with private equity-backed projects and managing expectations in such environments.
• Adaptability: Ability to work with small and medium-sized EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies effectively.
