Fortress is growing fast—and we’re looking for a Project Manager with experience in engineering and/or manufacturing to help drive key global initiatives that support our mission: “Saving lives by providing the best safety solutions.”

We are the experts in machinery safety and interlocking, protecting people and equipment in hazardous situations globally.

What you’ll do:

• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across global teams
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with business goals
• Influence without authority and collaborate across departments
• Spend time in our Wolverhampton offices collaborating with the wider team

What we’re looking for:

• Strong project management experience in engineering/manufacturing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving
• Experience of delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams
