The Opportunity:

The Project Manager will lead and support on a number of SaaS, integration and Gen AI product initiatives. Collaborating with legal teams, business services colleagues and external partners, you will deliver projects to scope, time and budget while maintaining the highest standards of legal practice, confidentiality and compliance.

You will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s transformation agenda, embedding technology and data-driven approaches that enhance the quality, efficiency and consistency of legal service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and uphold appropriate project governance structures
• Create, maintain and communicate PM toolkit, including project plan, RAID log, requirements matrix, change readiness log etc
• Proactively manage project risks, issues and change throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Build trusted relationships with partners, lawyers and business services teams
• Work closely with technology vendors and external implementation partners to align project outcomes with firm objectives
• Drive user adoption and engagement for new systems across legal teams
• Support documentation, training, testing and post-implementation evaluation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, modernisation and innovation
• Capture lessons learned and share knowledge to develop best practices

Personal attributes and skills:

Essential:

• Proven track record of delivering SaaS or technology projects within the legal sector
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Project management certification or equivalent experience (Prince2, Agile, PMI)
• Commercially aware with a client-focused mindset

Desirable:

• Experience implementing Gen AI products
• Experience managing complex systems integration projects
• Familiarity with legal practice platforms such as Intapp, 3E, iManage Cloud
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (esp. Power Automate & PowerBI)
