This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brighton for a Project Manager at Fulkers Bailey Russell. The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and stakeholders, preparing project plans and timelines, risk management, and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams. The role also involves contributing to project success through critical decision-making and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

• Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing project lifecycle phases
• Knowledge of cost management, risk assessment, and budget monitoring
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Familiarity with construction consultancy practices, including building surveying, CDM/health and safety, and employer’s agent responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or RICS accreditation) is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in the construction or consultancy industry is desirable
