About The Role
The Role
Our Project Managers are primarily responsible for the planning and tracking of programmes for multiple clients. Acting as first point of contact is part of their day-to-day responsibilities, as well as building great relationships both internally and externally. Both their clients and the types of projects they run are varied, ranging from small one-off coaching sessions to large scale blended learning programmes that make use of our online products.
Responsibilities Include:
- Attending client meetings both alone and alongside the Account Director Liaising with senior clients and building professional relationships
- Organising and managing client events Creating / updating materials to support training, delivery and business development.
- Managing online projects from start to finish, liaising throughout with colleagues, developers, and clients.
- Responding to and troubleshooting queries from program participants
- Managing project finances - forecasting and tracking project costs and generating accurate and timely invoices
- Supporting the Senior Project Manager with the execution of complex, global, multi-phase projects.
- Setting out project plans, creating Budget trackers and using both elements to ensure that potential risks are highlighted and acted upon.
- Resourcing internal consultants to fulfil the project/client requirements. Managing the engagement of consultants and other partners/supplier.

The Person
You will enjoy managing the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery of outcomes and client satisfaction. You will excel at connecting with and working through colleagues, building client relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring a first-class service to all stakeholders. You will be able to self-manage, and be comfortable working remotely, as well working from our hubs in our London or Birmingham offices as required.
Some of the excellent skills you can bring to the team include:
- Experience in Project Management.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong investment in relationship management and ability to be credible with both senior clients and internal stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to adapt approach and style of comms to meet changing requirements.
- The drive and confidence to proactively manage and take the lead.
- Agility, to accommodate client demands and balance these with the needs to the business.
- Experience working and operating remotely.
