Project Manager - Building

Location: Slough

Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 + Car / Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Holidays & many more

An established Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a major Data Centre project in Slough. You'll join a business known for technical excellence, high standards, and strong staff support.

Key Requirements

Degree / Higher Diploma in Construction or Engineering or similar
PM experience with Tier 1 contractors
Proven Data Centre or mission-critical project experience

Key Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle - time, cost, quality & safety
Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and client communication
Monitor programme, budgets, and onsite performance
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance at all times
