We’re looking for a Project Manager who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take ownership of projects from start to finish — all while working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple projects at once, allocating time effectively and keeping the team updated on progress.
- Project administration such as RAMs and O&M manuals
- Organise engineering team with handover of project information
- Book engineering team labour as allocated on project
- Ensure that project design work is completed on time
- Manage project finances and invoicing
- Capture project changes and issue change orders (extra works) to client
- Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers and ensuring accurate lead times are feedback to the relevant teams
- Keeping the internal systems up to date regarding incoming stock and updating what has been taken to site or transferred to our storage location
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the AV industry (residential or commercial)
- Full UK driving licence
- Willing to travel and stay overnight when required
- CSCS (preferred)
- Flexible and open to new ideas and ways of working
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Has a passion for implementing good processes
- Detail oriented
- Dynamic and social personality
- Clear communicator
- Positive outlook on life
