Business Change Project Manager - Monday.com – Hybrid Working

Hybrid working with based in either Romford, Tunbridge Wells, or Bury St Edmunds.

Overview:

Our client, a leading Insurance business, are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives. This role combines PMO responsibilities across the transformation portfolio and hands-on project management for the rollout of key people / training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management:

Establish and maintain PMO governance, reporting, and controls across multiple transformation projects, alongside Tech PMO.
Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio.
Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Project Delivery:

Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of any training / capability uplift projects (including Microsoft teams roll-out to around 100 individuals).

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

Manage stakeholder engagement (including across Project, HR, Tech and business functions) and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Tools & Methodologies:

Utilise Monday.com for planning, tracking, and reporting.
Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Drive continuous improvement in project and portfolio management processes.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in PMO leadership and project management within transformation programs.
Proven experience in working with HR / training functions to plan and deliver roll-out of capability uplift initiatives.
Experience working in small teams as part of a large organisation.
Understanding of financial services and insurance.
Pragmatic, ‘can do’ attitude, willing to get stuck in.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Monday.com and other project management tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
