Project Manager

Insight Global are looking for a Project Manager to join one of our leading multi-media clients based in Osterley, London on a 9-month hybrid contract. You will join the Change Delivery team to lead cross-functional Business Change initiatives. This person will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and stakeholder alignment through to implementation and post-launch review. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver impactful change across both business and technology functions.

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale Business Change projects end-to-end
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and holding contributors accountable
• Skilled in managing risks, dependencies, and governance processes
• Able to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Comfortable presenting updates to senior leadership and driving decisions
• Hands-on with key project tools and documentation (RAID logs, project plans, RACI)
• Passion for delivering high-quality change for both customers and internal team

Pluses:

• Background in telecoms, media, or customer-focused industries
• Formal PM certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM)
