Job Description

What You'll Do
- You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of one or more projects, ensuring success across scope, team coordination, resource allocation, budget management, and stakeholder communication.
- You'll ensure strict adherence to governance procedures in collaboration with the Portfolio Governance team, completing all required documentation and checkpoints.
- You'll follow the Group Portfolio team's standard methodology, utilising approved templates and maintaining compliance with governance processes.
- You'll organise, motivate, and direct project teams and stakeholders toward successful project outcomes through effective leadership and communication.
- You'll manage key stakeholders and contribute continuously to the development and improvement of the Change team’s practices.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- You have over 2 years of experience in end-to-end project management (5+ years for Senior PM roles), handling complex projects across various domains, including technology implementation in the financial services industry.
- You possess excellent organisational, prioritisation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- You communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders—ranging from subject matter experts to senior decision-makers—and can influence and facilitate strategic decisions effectively.
- You are skilled in creative problem-solving, self-management, and initiative-taking, with strong presentation abilities in both written and oral formats.
- You hold a professional qualification in project management and are highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

- Experience of operating within a firm that shares some of the following features: -

- Fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
- Knowledge of or experience working in a Private Equity / Investor services industry
- Degree level qualification
- Prince 2 Certified
