Project Manager – ISS UK

Location: Stoke or London (Hybrid Working)

Full-Time | Competitive Salary | Permanent

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will lead the full project lifecycle — from initiation through to successful delivery — ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll play a key role in implementing new processes, systems, and operating models that support ISS’s long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver end-to-end business and operational projects
Develop project plans, milestones, and resource schedules
Proactively manage risks, issues, and maintain RAID logs
Track and report on budgets, variances, and forecasts
Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
Ensure project outputs meet quality standards and support continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

Proven experience in managing and delivering business projects
Familiarity with structured project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, etc.)
Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills
Experience using business improvement tools

Desirable:

Project management certification (PRINCE2, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma)
Experience within the facilities management sector
Background in transformation or programme environments

Detail-oriented and delivery-focused
Self-starter with strong organisational skills
Confident communicator and team collaborator
Able to manage pressure and meet deadlines
