Job Summary: As a Project Manager at Joblogic, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large customer implementation projects. This role involves managing multiple customers facing engagements of varying complexity including onboarding, implementation, custom development and training to ensure that customers are set up for long-term success. Working closely with the Implementation and Customer Success teams, you will ensure all projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget, while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to coordinate between internal teams and customers effectively.
