We are seeking a Project Manager, you wil report to the site project lead, who will be responsible for the overall coordination of several site driven projects. You will take control of the project development and manage the execution through to plant handover and commissioning. This role will be supported by the wider project team on site and in the centralised project function, and likely achieve implementation through on site resources and partner engineering organisations.

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the project execution plan and work with/coordinate the nominated resources (multi-discipline teams - MDT) and resource providers to deliver design, procurement, construction, handover and commissioning.
- Facilitate estimates, own the baseline for cost control, forecasting of AFC and monthly cost and change reports at required intervals.
- Develop resource plans for the projects to execute and soliciting resources that can / will be used for each part of the engineering, procurement and construction elements of the project.
- Coordinating the project team (MDT) to achieve scope delivery, project budgets, schedule and project risk to ensure a safe start up.
- Coordinate design to construction packages with appropriate reviews and CDM assessments for internal and external resources.
- Carry our safety reviews/audits on site-based projects and be an active part of the behavioural safety programs at Brimsdown
Requirements for the role:
- Degree-qualified, or relevant experience in and engineering subject and experience on highly hazardous projects - Essential
- Experience in framing and coordinating suppliers and engineering, procurement companies - Desirable.
- Experience with accountability for safety critical activities such as Highly Hazardous projects in engineering, construction and or commissioning. - Essential
- Demonstrated experience in delivering small projects in a complex, multi-stakeholder brownfield site with continuously operated process facilities. - Desirable
- Demonstrated experience in working with Business and or Operations and Maintenance staff to ensure Business / operational requirements are defined and met within the available project budget - Desirable.
- Experience in managing change within a project context, ensuring appropriate technical reviews to always preserve process safety - Essential.
