Job Title: Consultant Project Manager (Insurance Brokerage – Acturis)

Location: Hybrid – London & Remote

Contract: Outside IR35 (initial 6 months, with extension likely)

About the Role

We are working with a leading insurance brokerage who are embarking on a key systems and process transformation programme. They are seeking an experienced Consultant Project Manager to lead projects centred around Acturis and related business change initiatives.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll be responsible not just for delivery oversight, but also for shaping project approach, advising senior stakeholders, and ensuring that Acturis is leveraged effectively to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects on the Acturis platform.
• Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and shape solutions.
• Oversee planning, governance, risks, and reporting, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Act as a trusted consultant, advising on best practice in both project management and Acturis configuration/optimisation.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships where required.
• Support user adoption, training, and change management activities.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Consultant in the insurance sector.
• Strong Acturis knowledge and hands-on project delivery experience.
• Experience working within brokerages or insurance intermediaries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in the UK insurance market.
• Able to operate effectively in a consulting capacity – balancing delivery with advisory responsibilities.
