Key Responsibilities

Planning & Delivery

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones aligned to strategic objectives.

Execute delivery using best‑practice methodologies and structured governance.

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead cross-functional teams with clarity and empathy; foster accountability and momentum.
Empower teams, remove blockers, and ensure delivery excellence.

Stakeholder Management

Build trusted relationships across the business, from operational teams to senior executives.
Influence decisions and manage expectations in environments with strong personalities and differing viewpoints.

Risk, Governance & Quality

Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation plans.

Profile

Essential

~5+ years' project management experience across complex projects with multiple interdependencies.

A proactive, self‑driven mindset with strong ownership.

The ability to balance methodical structure with the agility to adapt in a fast‑moving environment.

Strong understanding of project tools, governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Relationship‑focused, influential, and resilient.

Desirable

PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Exposure to technology-led environments or digital transformation.

Advantageous

Experience in PE‑backed or high‑growth businesses.

Job Offer
