Key Responsibilities

Planning & Delivery

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Execute delivery using best‑practice methodologies and structured governance.
  • Leadership & Collaboration

    • Lead cross-functional teams with clarity and empathy; foster accountability and momentum.
    • Empower teams, remove blockers, and ensure delivery excellence.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Build trusted relationships across the business, from operational teams to senior executives.
    • Influence decisions and manage expectations in environments with strong personalities and differing viewpoints.

    Risk, Governance & Quality

    • Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation plans.
    • Maintain rigorous quality standards and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

    Budget & Resource Management

    Profile

    Essential

    • ~5+ years' project management experience across complex projects with multiple interdependencies.
  • A proactive, self‑driven mindset with strong ownership.
  • The ability to balance methodical structure with the agility to adapt in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong understanding of project tools, governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Relationship‑focused, influential, and resilient.
  • Desirable

    • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
    • Exposure to technology-led environments or digital transformation.

    Advantageous

    • Experience in PE‑backed or high‑growth businesses.
