Role Introduction
We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a positive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager at OneAdvanced, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, representing our values and ensuring seamless project execution.
This is a hybrid position based at our Birmingham HQ. While the team works mostly remotely, we get together in the office a few times each quarter for collaboration and connection.
What You Will Do
- Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure project success
- Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular meetings, progress updates, and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and customer experience
What You Will Have
- Experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
- Strong customer-facing skills, with experience in representing a company's values and vision
- Knowledge of the Software industry and deployment
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and governance
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- Knowledge of cloud-based project management tools and technologies
- Experience in a similar role within a software company
