🔹 Senior Project Manager – Smart Monitoring (London)

Sector Leadership | Technical Authority | Complex Infrastructure

Lead the delivery of high-profile structural and geotechnical monitoring projects across major infrastructure and urban developments. This is a sector-specialist leadership role within Smart Monitoring.

You will:

• Take full commercial and technical ownership of complex monitoring programmes
• Act as senior client lead on flagship accounts
• Oversee risk management, method development and compliance
• Mentor Project Managers within the monitoring discipline
• Contribute to innovation in automated and real-time monitoring technologies

This role requires deep experience in monitoring, strong commercial acumen, and the confidence to operate as a subject-matter authority.

🔹 Lead Project Manager – London

Operational Leadership | Multi-Sector Oversight | Delivery Excellence

This is a cross-business leadership role focused on raising delivery standards across multiple project streams (Property, Infrastructure, Utilities, Monitoring).

You will:

• Oversee a portfolio of projects across different markets
• Drive consistency in project governance, reporting and financial control
• Support and develop Project Managers across teams
• Improve operational processes and performance metrics
• Work closely with Business Unit leaders to optimise resource planning

Unlike the sector-specific SPM role, this position has broader operational oversight and a strong internal leadership focus.

🔹 Senior Project Manager – Maternity Cover - Harpenden

Client Delivery Focus | Immediate Impact | Business Continuity

This is a fixed-term senior delivery role ensuring continuity across a defined portfolio of surveying and measurement projects.

You will:

• Take ownership of an established portfolio of live projects

This role is less about strategic transformation and more about strong, dependable delivery and maintaining performance standards during the maternity cover period.

What we’re looking for:

✔ Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience managing complex technical/engineering projects

✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills

✔ Ability to mentor and develop teams

✔ Relevant project management experience or qualification (Prince 2/APM/PMI)
