Project Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to step into a complex, high-profile engineering project where delivery is critical. The team is looking for someone who can bring structure, clarity and momentum, while also building confidence across the business by showing what best-practice project management looks like. This is a chance to make a real impact – not just by delivering a project, but by leaving behind better ways of working.

Location: Onsite, 5 days per week in Oxfordshire

Start Date: Early September

Duration: 3-6 months

Day Rate: £550-£700

IR35: Likely Outside

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive senior project management experience, leading complex technical programmes
• A strong grounding in technical or physical engineering (essential)
• Experience in R&D or science environments (preferred but not essential)
• Recognised PM qualifications – Prince2, PMQ or equivalent
• Ability to coach and work with small, multi-disciplinary teams
