We’re Hiring: Temporary Project Manager (6-Month Contract) – London (Hybrid)

We’re a fast-growing, product-led fintech at the intersection of global financial services and the world’s biggest retailers and we’re looking for a Temporary Project Manager to help us scale.

🧩 Why this role matters

We’re experiencing a temporary spike in demand for client onboarding, and this 6-month contract will give us critical extra firepower to deliver world-class experiences for our clients.

You’ll be joining our high-performing Delivery, Technology & Operations (DTO) function, reporting to the DTO Director, to manage onboarding projects end to end aligning internal teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring smooth, timely delivery into production.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Lead complex, high-impact client onboarding projects from kick-off to go-live
• Own planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Chair steering groups and governance forums
• Support a parallel internal project linked to onboarding optimisation
• Drive clarity across project scope, deliverables, timescales, and quality
• Keep everyone – clients and colleagues – informed, engaged, and accountable

🙋 About you

You’re a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. You know how to bring structure to complexity, make smart decisions under pressure, and build trust at every level.

You’ll also bring:

✅ Proven project/programme management experience (ideally in financial services)

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Comfort with hybrid delivery – including remote workshops via MS Teams

✅ Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset

✅ Confidence managing project risks, timelines, budgets and change control

✅ A hands-on approach – you’re not afraid to muck in when needed!

🧠 Bonus points if you have:

• Experience onboarding clients in a tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS environment
• Familiarity with digital marketing or loyalty platforms
• A track record of landing complex projects smoothly, on time, and on budget

📌 Location: London-based, with 3 days a week in-office collaboration.
