Project Manager

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of medium to large-scale projects, either independently or as part of a wider programme. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. From concept to production, you’ll manage the full project development life cycle, ensuring excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, from research and design to implementation and production.
• Drive the development of core products, new features, and innovative technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align project goals with strategic priorities.
• Apply best practice project management methodologies and adhere to formal stage gate processes.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Present project updates and solutions to senior leaders, technical teams, and customers.
• Champion continuous improvement and deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• A motivational and hands-on project leader with a strong process mindset.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in a technical or engineering environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the full project development life cycle.
• Experience with budget ownership, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Experience Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role wherein stakeholder engagement is a core deliverable
• Proven project management with delivery of medium to large projects
• Degree educated, ideally within an engineering discipline

• Works effectively with people across a wide range of disciplines and levels (both internal and external resources)
• Has strong decision making capabilities
