We have a requirement for a key hire into our business, this person will be the key driver for growth and we are really excited to have this person join with the business ready to press the button on so many exciting projects, but it will need this persons calm influence, critical thinking and execution abilities to support this journey.

As the Project Manager, your role is to work closely with the Director and oversee, challenge and direct the delivery of new product launches and development initiatives.

This role sits at the heart of cross functional collaboration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with commercial objectives.

You will manage complex, multi stream projects from concept through to launch, working closely with Marketing, Development, Sales and Commercial teams to turn strategy into execution.

Key responsibilities will include:

Project delivery & execution

Leading delivery of new product launches and development projects

Own project planning, timelines, budgets and risk management

Translate business objectives into clear project plans and delivery milestones

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to quality standards

Growth & commercial impact

Ensuring projects align with broader business growth goals and strategic priorities
Support go to market readiness for new product launches
Track and report on delivery progress, outcomes and business impact
Work closely with development teams to scope, prioritise and sequence work
Continuously improve delivery processes, tools and ways of working

Skills & Experience

Proven experience delivering projects and/or digital product launches
Experience working in cross functional, fast-moving environments
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working in growth focused or scaling businesses (desirable not essential)
Familiarity with tools such as Asana or similar
