We are seeking a Project Manage to organise, drive and manage and a number of transformational internal change projects. The scope of these projects is exciting and varied, and might include projects such as M&A integration, adoption of the latest technologies across the business, and building new capabilities for the business.
The duration of this contract is 6 months, with a possibility of extension.
Here’s what you will do:
· Project Planning: Create and manage a detailed project plan for around 3-4 projects, including timelines, scope, deliverables, and budget.
· Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders and the project team to gather inputs, track progress, and address issues.
· Status Reporting & Governance: Produce regular status reports and establish, manage, and lead governance structures.
· RAID Management: Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
· Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and modelling to support decision-making.
Essential Skills:
· Comprehensive project management skills.
· Ability to manage senior stakeholders, build consensus, and drive decisions.
· Proficiency in implementing and managing governance processes.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Understanding of business cases and their development.
· Competence in scenario modelling, data analysis, and interpretation.
Desirable Skills:
· Knowledge of the consultancy market.
· Familiarity with IT managed services.
· Experience of AI technologies and their use in services business
· Experience of working on M&A projects or integrations
· Experience in workforce management and/or workforce planning.
