Project Manager – Asset Management (Telecoms)

Contract – 6 months

Hybrid – Green Park, Reading (2 days/week) + flexibility for Newbury

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join the TSA (Telecoms Security Act) Programme, focusing on asset management across complex telecoms and IT environments. This is a delivery-focused role where the candidate will mobilise teams, define scope, and drive projects forward in an ambiguous or lightly structured environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead asset management projects from initiation to delivery, working across technical teams to ensure clean, accurate data flows into aggregation platforms.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of asset data, ensuring enterprise-level accuracy, consolidation, and governance.
Work closely with our counterparts to implement established principles while owning full delivery responsibility.
Consolidate multiple data sources, platforms, and tools into a single source of truth for asset records, from spreadsheets to enterprise systems.

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of asset management principles: data classification, inventory, lifecycle, and ownership of IT and network assets.

Experience in technical project delivery, ideally in telecoms or another heavily regulated industry.

Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous environments and able to mobilise teams quickly.

Ability to translate fragmented or inconsistent asset data into structured, actionable insights.
