The Vacancy
As a Project Manager – Projects & Capital Investment, you'll play a key role in delivering our capital investment programme, managing a portfolio of construction-related projects that enhance our housing stock across the East Midlands.
You'll lead projects from concept to completion – overseeing planning, procurement, contract management, budgets and risk. Working closely with colleagues, contractors and customers, you'll ensure every project meets our standards for quality, safety, sustainability and value for money.
You’ll also support and mentor a team of Building Surveyors, helping them to grow while ensuring our homes remain safe, secure and fit for the future.
What You’ll Bring
- A track record of successfully managing construction-related projects and capital investment programmes
- Knowledge of CDM regulations, building regulations, JCT contracts and health & safety compliance
- Experience managing budgets, contractor performance and procurement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and performance management
A construction-related qualification and IOSH are desirable, but we’re happy to support you in working towards them.

Hours and location
This role offers flexible hybrid working, with 35hrs per week worked between 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. The central office for this role is based in Clifton, Nottingham.
