Your future role
As the Project Technology Transfer Manager (PrTTM), you will manage the Technology Transfer (TT) team, (Industrial maturity plan) IMP, Transfer Document, Manage Training and Assistance. You will support site construction on demand and contribute to improve process efficiency and active data sharing (best practices). You will be involved in developing and maintaining common TT data Library (processes, tools, contract).
We’ll look to you for:
- Achieve Project and Tender QCD objectives for Technology Transfer (TT).
- Set-up, execute and maintain TT Plans. This covers all Industrial activities (PME, Production, Testing, Quality, Supply Chain, Assistance to Sub-Contractor).
- Analyse Transfer Risk and drive related action plan.
- Connect and coordinate Donor and Receiver metier stakeholders.
- Manage IMP, ensure IMP validation by Donor.
- Manage TT Data/Documents
- Define and Execute relevant Training and Assistance Plans
- Ensure Transfer activities are performed within Alstom EHS standards.
- Deploy and propose improvement of TT Standards and Processes.
- Develop TT understanding and competencies over sites and metiers

- Experience in Project or Industrial QCD management.
