We are looking for a dynamic Projects and Engineering Manager with a passion for driving innovation within the food industry or FMCG sector ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Job requirements of a Projects and Engineering Manager:

·       Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

·       To devise and implement long term strategy for the development of the facility, assets and supporting systems to ensure they are fit for purpose, maximizing run time and reliability.

·       Collaborate with operations, Technical, H&S and HR teams to ensure compliance and industry standards. Developing strong working relationships and encouraging consistency.

·       Work alongside the Operations Director to oversee budget planning and capital expenditure for the maintenance of the site as well as upgrades and expansions.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives through innovation and development.

·       Manage and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and inclusion.

What you will need:

·       Proven experience in engineering leadership within the food industry or related FMCG sector.

·       You will ideally have an engineering related qualification of higher education level .

·       Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvements

·       Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
