Our client is a top-tier US law firm seeking a junior Projects, Infrastructure and Energy Finance lawyer with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
Requirements:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1 to 3 years of experience from a reputable law firm.
- Experience in project finance, energy finance, and broader infrastructure transactions
- Strong technical drafting skills and familiarity with key financing documents and project contracts
- Team oriented approach but also able to work independently
