Due to continued growth within our portfolio, we are seeking a motivated Property Administrator to join this outgoing and vibrant team. This is a full-term, permanent role dependant on a successful probation period.
Role Description
This is a full-time role which is based predominately in our Leeds office although some remote work may be considered after the initial probation period. As a Property Administrator, your responsibilities will include supporting a team of Property Managers in answering and logging incoming maintenance calls, contacting after-care companies and third party contractors for updates on in-progress jobs and reflecting this in our Property Management System. It will also including managing council tax and utility accounts for void properties, arranging inspections as well as other ad-hox support tasks.

The Role
•Processing service charge, utility, council tax and maintenance invoices
•Linking documents to property database
•Providing tenancy start and end updates to local authorities
•Opening post and distributing
•Arranging maintenance works to be carried out by contractors
•Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date property database
•Conducting ad-hoc short projects to support the property teams
•Work in line with company policies, procedures and timescales
• Liaise with residents, on site aftercare teams and contractors to deal with enquiries and resolve issues
• Liaise with approved contractors and ensure work is completed to the expected level of quality
• Arrange access for site inspections on behalf of the property management team
• Provide support to the wider property management team and offer cover for absence

• Motivated to develop and progress
• Previous experience in a PMS system. Yardi experience is preferable but not essential
The Package / Benefits
• £23,000 to £26,000 Basic salary (D.O.E)
