Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a property administrator to join our well established and respected Property Team in our Edinburgh office which is situated in the city centre.

This is a full time position which involves all aspects of property administration including;

·        Fielding incoming calls and emails

·        Arranging viewings and recording feedback

·        Creation of sales brochures and management of sales boards

·        Creating and sending fee quotes

·        Setting up files and carrying out AML/ID checks

·        Management of our CRM systems and online portals

You will deal with a wide variety of stakeholders on a daily basis whilst delivering exceptional customer service to clients and prospective purchasers.

Candidates must possess excellent customer service, presentation and communication skills along with a concise telephone manner. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) and excellent organisational skills is essential for this role. Creative writing skills and a full driving license with access to a car would be an advantage.
